I am very unhappy with that item. The ice maker was delivered twice at my place, broken and not working. I had it to replace it one more time and the jd delivery man had me to pay for 8 rmb. This is a shame because I am not responsible if the item arrived broken ; and yet I have to pay for the delivery. If the jd delivery men were driving more carefully, my item would not have arrived broken twice! They should be more careful! This is a shame that we, customers, have to pay for their mistakes !
